My time as an intern at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas has mainly been spent in Food and Beverage as a server at the resort pool. I, along with a team of around 25 others, collaborated to ensure the needs of our guests as well as each other were met.
Together, we provided our guests with superior service, unmatched experience, and a home away from home. As a specialized events intern had the pleasure of working in the newly renovated conference center a few times a week working a wide variety of events from personal to corporate.

The Four Seasons Culture
The Resort Pool- AgaveDuring my internship, I spent most of my days in Food and Beverage as a server at the resort pool and Agave restaurant. As a intern I was expected to not only uphold the values of the Four Seasons, but put them into use in my everyday tasks to ensure quality service is provided. My daily responsibilities include serving guests and members to the upmost quality while also hitting the service standards that are in place including name recognition, product knowledge, serving procedures, and providing exceptional service. In order to provide the high level of service that is expected from the Four Seasons, the company enables and trusts their employees to take good or bad situations and turn them into amazing experiences they will remember forever.
